I DM for a teen group at a local library. First Saturday of the month, a 2-hour 1-shot (not an ongoing campaign because the players change each month. Mix of 8 experienced, novice, and first-time players ages 12-16 and I keep things pretty rules-light and lean heavily into rule of cool to keep the action moving. Combat tends to be very non-tactical, the rp tends to be silly, and exploration is very video-gamey (they expect healing potions to appear whenever they kill an enemy).
I have a final session in June and the kids asked for an adventure containing dragons in a dungeon setting. Oh, and they wanted to play 10th-level characters.

At first glance this sounds easy enough, right? Just design a 1-shot set in a dungeon with a dragon as the final boss. But I'd like to have a twist on the theme, or dragons v dragons, or an extra-dimensional dungeon...vague ideas bouncing around my head so I thought I'd turn to you all for some suggestions.

Again, the conditions:
- 8 teens with mixed experienced levels
- adventure set in a dungeon that includes a dragon(s)
- a 1-shot that is a strict 2-hour session
