I want to buy this house but am worried about the cost yo renovate this kitchen. I plan add recessed lighting, replace laminate floors, new island and countertop, backsplash, new appliances. Im ok with the honeyoak but hate how short the upper cabinets are and that they drwalled above them.

I don’t have huge budget
