I already have an A.A. in Humanities from my local community college; been sitting on that since 2014. So much has changed since, that trying to pick something (either tech or accounting), I just feel this huge weight on my shoulders, like I have to choose the right one, given that I'm 41. I'm more tech-savvy, but seems like I'd have an easier time finding an accounting job near me. Completely on my own. No support from anybody. And because I'm in subsidized housing, the complex manager says I can only be a part-time student. Since even one class is considered full time at WGU, I don't even know if I can attend. Risking losing housing and putting me in a worse situation, is something I'd rather not do. I'm in California, so finding an apartment that isn't subsidized, on my own, is beyond my means. Overwhelmed, because of my age, and already feeling way behind in life.
If anybody can chime in, on anything I've mentioned, I'd appreciate it.
