How long does each season approximately last? I heard usually 3-4 months, but can sometimes be longer.

Can mythic-track gear drop from heroic raids when using your bonus loot roll?

My guild raids on Sunday/Monday nights. If I clear a raid boss (i.e. Dreamrift) and loot it, will I able to join them for that same raid later that week?
