Low cost weight training

68, F, have made significant dietary and health changes, including fasting and major weight loss, in the past 1.5 years. I have almost reached my goal, but must start weight training ASAP as I am becoming frail and unsteady. I am low income, cannot afford gym pricing. I have been housebound for about 6 months healing from a fall, I have been Rebounding, using a Treadmill and Vibration plate daily. Also have 2 x 5 lb weights, and resistance bands. Hand vice grip thingy. I do not have space for a ton of weights here.

I need help. I joined a community gym and felt I was 'bro'd' away from the equipment. Waiting long times for equipment is one thing, but I honestly dont know how to use them, reps, intervals, etc. And I was embarrassed at probably doing it wrong. I took a free class to learn some moves, but there were many students and far too fast for me.

Is there a low cost weight training program for seniors, west end TO, with a kind trainer for this granny who really needs to stick around?
