Hi, I am completely new to baseball card collecting. I'm new to the sport entirely actually, I started watching again this year for the first time since I was a kid with my dad, so around '05-'07. I'm 28 now and decided to watch a few games at the beginning of the year and now I am hooked. I want to start collecting cards because my son loves Pokémon. On my latest trip to Walmart I stopped at the card section to see if I could find Pokémon cards for him. Like always they were wiped out but I noticed that they had stacks upon stacks of sports cards, baseball included. I grabbed a box of '25 Topps Stadium Club just to see how it was. I loved the experience of opening it and getting some cool cards, no signatures or anything but I think this would be an awesome way for me and my son to bridge the gap between two things we love. So my question is what baseball sets should I look out for and collect? When do they release? Is it early in the year for them yet? I noticed 2025 Stadium seemed out of date? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
