Help me help my Swiss cheese plant!!

Howdy! About 3-4 weeks ago, I got this Swiss cheese plant and so far, it’s not looking so great. I told myself I would get a Swiss cheese plant after achieving a personal goal of mine (which I did!) so I’d really like to keep it alive. My suspicion is that it was getting too much sun but I’d love some other perspectives!

For some background info, I got it replanted at the plant store, I water it once a week (when the top inch of soil is dry), and I originally had it in a windowsill that’s south-west facing. I have since moved it about 6ft from the window, where you see it in the photos.

Please help me help my Swiss cheese plant!

I’ve had my chocolate zebras since September of last year and have had little to no progress getting them to breed. I initially had 10 but am down to 6 and can’t tell if they’re just slow breeders or if something is wrong. I took the picture of their habitat today during some ‘spod maintenance.

Thank you!!

Edit: I also keep papayas and granulatum and those have reproduced just fine
