Started the digital life early this year and managed to acquire 2 clients thinking na kaya ko silang pagsabayin. Pero today, just after clocking in sa isang job ko, my supervisor told me that they’re letting me go. Mainly because of a small error. I admit kasalanan ko din because I lost focus. This was the first ever virtual job that I got when I started and the job was relatively chill since data entry lng naman sya. But it changed when I got hired for another fulltime job as a remote CSR this month. Flex naman ang sched nung first job ko but nag-ooverlap lang talaga sa new job since I also have other commitments outside work.
I guess this is my official passing rite in being a remote worker, getting laid off right on the spot. It felt disappointing but I also felt relief when they told me the news. Mababawi ko na nga tulog ko but I need to revisit my finances since I already planned my budget for the next few months around the salaries from both jobs.
So props sa mga kayang pagsabayin ang multiple clients. Gusto ko nlng maging octopus para mas easy mag multitask.
