Hey guys, I'm currently employed as a SWE and I'm looking for a job change. Have not been getting callbacks and I'm wondering if my resume format is to blame. I've sent out about 50 applications to local jobs in the San Francisco Bay Area, with 0 callbacks. I am a US citizen currently living in the bay area.
The first image is the resume I've been primarily applying with. The second image is a more simply formatted resume that I will be trialing. Which of these do you think is a better resume to use? What other improvements can be made?
