Costochronditis recovery help

About a week before easter this year I was getting chest pain and went to the ER as i noticed I was heavily lightheaded and had a hard and fast heartrate. Got blood tested, X-ray done and a ECG hooked up and all was deemed normal, at which point the doctor gave me this diagnosis. Well even after easter my heart was still bugging me alot and was really fast and hard on basic activities like simply walking from my living room to my bathroom to the point I can hear my heartbeat.

About a week ago I got an Echocardiogram done which the results were "No functional or structural abnormalities" so my stress and anxiety about this has drastically gone down.

However, I ask is there a way to go about getting my heart rate back down and my cardio back up. Along that does it improve from the costo going away or do I have to do a hard reset and build my cardio back up again.
