So I just saw that the policy only says Team Leads can't wear shorts. My target told us everyone can't wear shorts, so I want to confirm what it is supposed to be, especially as a general TM, potentially why they would have lied about it, and if I should bring it up, because no one wants to wear long jeans in the summer heat, especially being inbound.
