OMG.

For 3 months I’ve been trying to find a place in Astoria. 2650 max budget. Nothing. No one answers emails. The real estate places say they only deal with people with a 3k minimum budget.

Today I started offering agents $1000 to help me find a place. Crickets.

I’m moving from out of state and no one wants to help. It’s unreal.

Idk what to do.

Hey I’m moving from out of state and it just seems like people who actually live in NYC are getting these apartments before me.

Should I just hire an agent?

Im moving to NYC and like to ride. I do not care what the bike is as long as it gets me from A to B.

But are people just stealing stuff all the time?
