Hey all.

Travel very frequently on AC (SE) but rarely ON United. Two dumb questions on the best way to manage upcoming long haul with United:

- Do you create a United account? App keeps prompting me to make one, but I want to make sure points get credited to my AC account.

- How do you add a Credit Card? In the past, onboard purchases were CC only and require a US address
