I dont know if this is a bug or not but I have a pair of arctic nova 7x gen 1 wireless headphones, it connected first time to my xbox series x controller. I played with my friends for about 20 mins then all of a sudden it disconnected. I tried pairing the dongle to the xbox again, it connected and the green light was on both the headset and the dongle but no sound or anything was coming out the headset. I tried factory resetting the headset, i made sure the headset and the dongle were both up to date in which they were. I paired the dongle to the headset through the laptop. I restarted my xbox and after doing that, the headset worked fine on my controller. I went to try my other series x controller and the headset did the same again, wouldnt play sound but the lights were green. I have restarted the xbox and it seems to be fine for now. The xbox and the controllers are all up to date. I dont know if this is a bug or glitch within the software or the dongle or if i am doing something wrong.
