Hey everyone,

We’re looking at selling in the near ish future - we have kikuyu and it’s been recovering slowly from some initial issues and lack of understanding about lawns.

We’re in WA, and as you can see this area gets pretty much no sun throughout the cooler months. Could I seed with Rye and fill out this area just to look a bit greener? We basically just want to be able to fill the gaps in the lawn as much as possible.
