I got the 3’s two weeks ago. I’ve noticed it takes a long time for them to connect to my phone. My 2’s would connect almost instantly.

For example when I’m getting a call I can pop in one of my 2’s and it will ring in my ear and I can answer it. With the 3’s I put it in my ear and hear nothing, hit the speaker button on the incoming call screen, AirPods don’t show up, end up answering the call with the handset, and some time after answering still have to manually switch to AirPods.

I asked ChatGPT and it showed me some settings that don’t exist to change. Any luck solving this?
