Has anyone else had this issue with Kumitantei?

The game runs completely fine for me everywhere else (menus, exploration, dialogue, etc.), but the moment I enter a trial room and it starts loading, it just crashes. The loading suddenly stops and just straight up closes or throws an error.

I’ve tried lowering settings and restarting, but it still happens every single time at that exact point. Is this a known bug, or is there something wrong on my end?

Any help would be appreciated.
