Hi everyone! I’m looking to transfer out my lease at One on Centre for the upcoming term. 3bed x 3bath.

• Location: One on Centre (4500 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213)
• Bedroom: Private
• Bathroom: Private
• Lease term: August 18 2026 - July 31 2027
• Rent: ~$1300/month

Details:

• Fully furnished unit
• Modern amenities (gym, study spaces, etc.)
• Great location near campus, restaurants, and public transit
• 10-15 minute walk to Pitt/CMU

I signed the lease but can no longer live here, so I’m looking for someone to take it over ASAP. The process will be through the leasing office at One on Centre.

I'm willing to cover 2 weeks of rent!!
