I have a 3 day festival in 2 weeks and will be going with about $8800 in inventory. I have another even bigger 3 day festival a month after the first. I'm worried that if I do well at the first festival, I won't have enough for the 2nd or enough time to recoup inventory.

Other people that have done 3 day markets, what do you usually start with and how does it go for you? Ive never done a 3 day event and I'm nervous I've overloaded my schedule for what I have
