I have bought 1 year unlimited point subscription which supposed to be finished next year. But, they are telling to buy a plan again which is not professional cause i have already paid for 1 year and now need to pay again. Hailuo is a scam and it should be legally banned because they are making people fool and just want to get money from people. I want Hailuo resolve my issue otherwise give my money back for my id ( 304494024805408769).
