I recieved my toucan a few days ago and it came with a line on his face. Today that line split and exposed the stuffing in 2 places. Im really sad, but customer support has said the only thing they can do is restitch it in store. I bought him online because i can’t leave the house to go and get him in person, so I’ve had to stitch him back up on my own.

Basically, remember to check your bears when you receive them! Luckily i love this bear and he’s part of the family now, but seems a bit stupid that they break so easily :(
