HELP

I just bought a used ASUS ROG Ally X. The seller told me he lost the original charger, so the device hadn’t been charged in quite a while. From what I understand, it should still power on once plugged in as long as I’m using at least a 65W charger and cable.
Here’s what’s happening:

I first tried charging it with an Anker 100W power bank/charger.

When I plugged it in, the power bank showed the Ally was only pulling about 1W.

There was no charging/status light on the Ally at all.
I left it plugged in for a while in case the battery was completely drained, but nothing happened.

Then I tried:
A 110W MacBook charger
Same result: no charging light, no power-on, and seemingly only ~1W draw.
At this point I’m not sure if:
the battery is completely dead,
the USB-C port is damaged,
it needs a specific cable/charger,
or if something else is wrong internally.
Has anyone run into this before with an Ally X? Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated

Looking at a used Tesla Model Y or 3 — worth paying more for Juniper/Highland?

Hello! I’m looking into buying a used Tesla Model 3 or Model Y — preferably a Y since I have a large dog and we do a lot of road trips.

What model years should I avoid, if any? I’ve heard certain years had more battery issues/degradation problems. Is that mainly with older Model 3s, or does it apply to Model Ys too?

I’m also curious how much better the new Highland (Model 3) and Juniper (Model Y) refreshes really are compared to the previous body styles. I keep hearing the newer ones are quieter, smoother, and more refined overall. But I’m currently driving a Ford F-150, so honestly almost any sedan/SUV feels smoother than what I’m used to lol.

For people who’ve driven both generations, is the difference actually dramatic enough to justify spending more for the refresh? Or are the older body styles still great and not worth overthinking?

Sorry if these are dumb questions — I’ve never had a chance to drive the older Teslas. Any advice or experiences would be super appreciated!
