I've been trying to reactivate my FaceIt account for about five times now. I deactivated it because I was changing my Steam account and had to create a new FaceIt account. Of course, everything was done with support's permission, and I had to deactivate my main account.

Now I want to reactivate it, so I deactivated my second account this time, and I get a response that "due to security concerns," we can't reactivate the account. I can prove I'm the owner of the email address/Steam account/phone number, I can tell you when the account was created, and even some random confidential data, but the only thing I can't be certain of is what I entered in my date of birth from several years ago. And I know what someone will say next: how can you not remember what you entered in your date of birth from 10 years ago and complain to support? If you can change your password, I repeat the PASSWORD to anything via email, how can they only use your date of birth, which no one takes seriously and which can't be verified or changed, as their primary security measure?

On top of that, I wait about two days for replies from bots (AUTOMATIC RESPONSES!!! 2 DAYS) and then I get a generic response, or they say no and close the ticket. Of course, the Steam account can't be unlinked, so I have to create a new account and wait for a ban for having multiple accounts...

Honestly, is it so hard to get a normal human answer these days or at least an intelligent one from a bot?
