Recently had windows fitted. Is it normal to have mitre gaps between the beading.

Some mitre joins for the beading have gaps and it looks like some have been filled with silicone. Some of the frame has cracks in (2nd photo) but don’t understand what could have caused this.

Edit: Window fitter is coming back out as based on the comments I feel this is a mix of manufacturer/ fitter issues. He was out previously when the windows were first fitted (been in about 2 months) due to defects inside the glass to which he has stated since the new year he has began to have more issues with them and more customers complaining, however doesn’t excuse the fact of his craftsmanship.
