Yes I know an architect needs to be involved... when the time comes.
Yes, the bedrooms are large, i like it.
I also really love the amount of storage while still having 4 bedrooms. I do wish there I could figure out a way to have a den/playroom.
I also like that it would be suitable for a young family having a parent living with them.
I'm not crazy about the location of the half bath but am not sure where else it could work.
What do you think? Give me the good, the bad and the ugly. Be nice though.
