There is an entirely loose piece inside that I can wiggle around, but can’t seem to snap it into place with the others. I was able to put one piece of paper thru to test the ink (it was blank but maybe I did something wrong), and now it always detects a paper jam. I was hoping for an ink issue rather than a mechanical one, so this may have to go back in the trash, but thanks for all the replies on my previous post! Printer I found was Epson EcoTank 2840.
