Real attempt

I’ve had my last pouch this morning and I am intending to let this bad habit go forever. I’ve tried to quit several times before but usually only get 3 days in before I cave. And I’ve tried the Nicorette gum over the years but I end up still just chewing several pieces a day and never really quit. I started smoking cigarettes when I was a teenager and then in my early 20s switched to vapes and now I’m in my 30s and for the last 3-4 years it’s been zyns. I’m ready to leave this monster behind me. I’ve managed to let go of all my other addictions, weed and alcohol. I used to be a daily pot smoker since I was like 14 and it was until about 3 years ago I completely just stopped being interested in it. I frankly don’t even miss weed. Alcohol in my late 20s I got into it pretty bad and ended up in the hospital because of it. I’m about 5 months sober from alcohol and frankly also don’t miss it much either. But I did spend a solid 2 years in the middle of my drinking where it was a daily occurrence. I’m sorry to bring up other vices here I know this is just about zyn, I just wanted to paint a picture. Since I got sober from alcohol I’ve been doing one hour workouts daily and I’ve been getting into running also, this is partly my motivation for quitting zyns so I can enjoy my runs more.

I know the first week or two will be the hardest but I intend to stay busy and distract myself the best I can whenever cravings happen.
