Migraines Secondary to Tinnitus Denied
I know there are a ton of posts about this already but I'm looking for some advice. I recently submitted a supplemental claim for migraines secondary to tinnitus. I had a private nexus letter, DBQ, diagnosis, medications I take, migraine log, and personal statement with how tinnitus triggers my migraines and how it affects.
The denial letter came back with the attached reasons why.
What is my best way forward with this? Would a HLR help at all or should I try to get a better nexus letter and file another supplemental?
