Realizing the effect of loosing 60 pounds.

So I've lost about 60 pounds in total. I'm not perfectly sure because I don't know if I was 230 or 240 when I started, but I'm 170 now. A few days ago, I was moving 50 pound bags of rice, and I thought, man, this is so heavy. Then it hit me that this bag was 10 pounds less than the total amount of weight I've lost. When putting things into this perspective, it hit me just how crazy (and great) it is to lose 60 pounds. Seriously go lift some heavy stuff and think about how much better you would feel if that much weight was off of you at all times.
