I'm kind of new here, but an observation of mine since I started commuting to Paris for work is that most girls/ladies I see are always well-dressed, both at the office and outside work. Also, is it ok to pay a lady compliments in Paris? That said, I am hoping to meet someone who can help me improve my French and hang out with😉
Need to clarify, i am not talking about cat calling or whatever it called. I meant complimenting someone i meet at social events not just some random person i walk pass on the road. Merci.
