Hey everyone, I'm 26 and today I started escitalopram. I'm beginning at 5 drops and need to work my way up to 20, increasing by 1 drop per day. I've also been prescribed extended-release Xanax in the morning.
This is all because of a panic disorder that has severely limited my social life - I can't leave my town alone, I can't travel on the highway either as a driver or a passenger, and I have a constant fear of losing control and doing something crazy.
My question is: is it actually possible to experience delayed ejaculation already today, on the very first day of taking it? Or is it more likely just anxiety and suggestion, since my doctor only briefly mentioned it as a possible side effect?
What do you think as anyone had a similar experience?
