CCRM Mosaic Study

One of my embryos came back -19p13. 12-pter. CCRM said I may be eligible for their Segmental MET Study but further testing with parental DNA is required to evaluate if I’m eligible. Has anyone else done that?

I’m chatting with genetics next week but wanted to source here as well. Thanks!

Mosaic at CCRM

One of my embryos is -19p13. 12-pter. I’ve been reading up, but can those more educated in this area help me decipher with that means? My clinic said I may be eligible for their Segmental MET Study but further testing with parental DNA is required to evaluate if I’m eligible.

Next steps?

Tw - euploid mention.

I just got my PGTA results for my first cycle. I’m 34 with AMH .35. We got 6 eggs, all mature and fertilized. 4 made it to blast but I just got the call that only one passed PGTA and one is mosaic (missing part of 19).

My protocol was no priming, 150 menopur, 300 gonal f, 100 clomid, then once I introduced ganirelix on day 8 we upped the menopur to 225. Dual trigger with pregnyl 10,000 and leupron.

My doctor is inclined to keep everything the same for the next cycle but I’m concerned about the below-average euploid rate. She said at my age she’d hope for 67% good. I take CoQ10, but she said we could try to CCRM Açaí supplement and would do Omnitrope if I felt passionately about it. Should I push for it? She said maybe this was just an unlucky cycle. This is OOP for me right now and this will be the last one I’ll be able to do until January when my insurance kicks in.

Hi! I am going for a 4 night vacation to KW with my mom who is a picky eater. She likes Italian and American food, and seafood. We’re staying at Opal Key. Our budget is not crazy (no $100 entrees) but we don’t need it to be super cheap. Does anyone have dinner suggestions?

For me, I love breakfast so if anyone has the Best Breakfast Sandwich award they’d give out please let me know where!

My first cycle, 34 with no history of infertility (SMBC) but a DOR diagnosis and AMH of .35.

Protocol - 100 clomid, 150 menopur and 300 gonal f until day 9 when we introduced Ganirelix and bumped the men to 225. I dual triggered on days 11/12 with pregnyl and lupron.

Retrieved 6 eggs, all mature and fertilized. Just got the call I got 4 blasts!!!

Day 5 - 3BB

Day 6 - 3BA

Day 6 - 6BA

Day 7 - 6BB

Now they’re off for PGT testing and I’m crossing everything one or two are euploid!!

I’m not super familiar with “good” grades, though. I know day 7 generally isn’t ideal. But are my day 5/6 ok?
