I'm use to get some hallucinations now and then. So I put in place a process to avoid them. Build a design brief for what I want, then clean session then audit this brief with different models.
This time I got a strong design to create a persona for a stats agent. Even mentionned that the agent will manipulate instagram datas. So the scope was really clear and no way claude would build anything else than an agent supposed to treat instagram datas.
But still... This is what it build me after burning a bunch of tokens:

So yeah... I never ever mentionned wow in my previous sessions. I actually never played wow and I didn't think about this game for years.
I asked claude if there was mentions of wow anywhere ? Of course no.
Anyway, if someone wants a stat agent to "track progression" of wow, I'll trade against some tokens.
