Has anyone else noticed an increase in the number of slimy group practices recently? I've noticed several in my area that hire overseas VAs for minimal pay, churn and burn clients, pay clinicians terrible who then understandably get burnt out. It seems like its barely even a therapy practice at the end of the day and moreso just a money machine. It grosses me out
