Husqvarna 701 SM Strange Clutch Behavior

Hey everyone, I wanted to see if anyone could point me in the right direction to figure out what is going on with my clutch. I have a 701 Supermoto that I recently bought used that has about 10k miles on it. Yesterday I went on a roughly hour and a half ride and usually my clutch engaged about halfway through the release travel however during the ride it very noticeably changed and is now at the very top of the lever travel. It seems to me that it shouldn't change that much that quickly. This bike has a hydraulic clutch and I know a common issue is the slave cylinder however the previous owner replaced the shotty factory unit with a rekluse. Anyone had this happen before? I'm all ears to hear what anyone may recommend I check. Please let me know what you suggest, thank you!
