I have played warlock since expansion launch, I rolled a paladin last night and today every single shield I craft ends up like this. Str/crit chance/fortify generation/impairment reduction. I spend like 10 mats trying chaotic roll of a bad stat until eventually I am left with these 2 mods. Now, here is the issue these mods just aren't tagged correctly or something because when you have them both you cant remove or change them in any way. I have asked the paladin community and nobody seems to have run into this issue.
