Or do you have to panel with plans separately? I'm in PA and IBX has about a million plans. Sent a message to the person listed as the contact and never heard back, natch

I signed a non-compete when I started with a big corporate practice in 2024 and am now planning to leave and go solo, in violation of my non compete.
[ETA I AM NOT ASKING ABOUT THE NONCOMPETE. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH AN ATTORNEY. ALL CAPS BC PEOPLE KEEP TALKING ABOUT THE NONCOMPETE. It stipulates that I can't go solo or practice telehealth at all for 2 years. It is likely unenforceable but that depends on the judge. I am not asking about the legitimacy of the noncompete.]
I am wondering how they would find out if I don't advertise and just get clients through word-of-mouth. THIS IS THE QUESTION I AM INTERESTED IN HAVING ANSWERED. Sorry for the all caps but people are really ignoring the question I am asking.
They would be able to see if I am independently credentialed through insurance, but they would not be able to see if I am actually being paid, right? Credentialing and advertising were the only ways I could think of them finding out that I'm in violation, but wondering if I am missing something.
