B8.5 Audi Sq5 Supercharged.

I am doing my PCV valve which requires me to take off the manifold. Took it off and all 6 injectors came with the manifold.

Question is if i need to take the injectors off the manifold and re-seal it if it never “broke” the seal by staying in the manifold. I am still going to reseal the tip of it of course but will it still be necessary to pull the injectors off and reseal the top?
