Hey all, I just got a new revised work contract and under this passage I believe my notice period has been changed from 2 weeks to one week?

“Either party may terminate this agreement on not less than one week's notice in writing to the other party. “

Have I got this correct? Also if I have -1.5 weeks of annual leave what would happen if I was to hand in my notice?
