They did this to me and then doubled down and defended it! If you pay for a year on a subscription you should get that year of service.

Out of the blue, Bitwarden cancelled my current "Premium" subscription, currently at 10$/mo, months before it is due to expire in July and converted it to a "Families Plan" for five times the price. It is now almost 50$.
I ain't playin that game! I complained and asked for a full refund and am now going back down to the free plan.

This is crazy and not how you treat loyal customers! Screw them.
