Went to test the Specialized Chisel Comp today and had to take it home. Coming from a 15 year old hard tail the difference in the ride is night and day. Cant wait to get out and get some miles under by belt ☺️
I’m looking at getting Specialized Chisel Comp FS (Medium - I’m 5’8/9 ish).
Test riding the bike at the weekend,but ahead of that I waned to get other people’s thoughts on the bike?
Anything I need to look out for or be aware of?
I ride a lot of general mixed XC. Planning on doing some more trails this year.

I went out on a ride yesterday and I couldn’t “navigate” my chosen route and had to subscribe to premium.
From what I’ve found on here I just need to download the world map and I’m set?
Can I still search for MTB routes made by others?
Looking to upgrade my 10 year old boardman and wanting to see what people would recommend. Current set up is a basic hard tail. I ride XC, lots of various terrain. Sometimes on my own, sometimes with my 8 year old and also with my 2 year old riding on a shotgun. I’m thinking of going over to full suspension set up (would still then have a hard tail if needed). Would love to see what you guys have and would recommend 😊
