Hi, might be a bit of a dumb question. Can you put a winter garden on the ground floor of a house and put a roof terrace over it on the second floor? If yes, how do I make sure it like. doesn‘t defeat the purpose of a winter garden and restricts the light, if not, why?

Currently wondering if it might not be stable/possible because the winter garden roof doesn‘t allow for that, or whether there would have to be some changes made to the thing itself.
