My mate was at the Aston Villa vs West Ham game in hospitality. Whilst there, he was in conversation with Marc Albrighton about the current situation at Leicester.

Marc Albrighton supposedly said that individuals within the club, including players, actively try to offer their time and support in an attempt to help improve the club’s situation but repeatedly find their gestures fall on the deaf ears of senior management.

He supposedly said Senior management seem to be on a complete power trip and refuse any sort of help from others that would undermine their handling of the club matters.

The breakdown of relationship between senior management and individuals at the club is a strong factor in why the atmosphere around the club is negative and why that’s reflected with the performances on the pitch.

The supposed fallout from senior management has a ripple effect throughout the rest of the club that makes everyone feel disinterested and disconnected with the club.

I stress the word supposedly in all of this, but part of me believes this is a very likely scenario behind the scenes.
