Have a 240 Takeda NAS medium gyuto. No thinning and the classic Takeda Scandi grind. Bought it over on KKF awhile back. Haven’t used it an incredible amount, not that anything is wrong. Just looking to try something else that I’ve wanted for awhile now.
Looking to trade for a 240 Kagekiyo or a 240 Kikuchiyo x Ren, or 240 Hitohira Tanaka x Kyuzo.
I’m also Open to selling it outright also, if no trades bite.
