Pest control question - what is a reasonable expectation for scorpions?
I'm originally from the east coast so never had to deal with scorpions before. I just want to know what my expectations should be when hiring pest control services (recurring).
For reference, I had a pest control company with good reviews come out and spray the entire perimeter. They said they won't completely go away, and in a month the company will come back and spray again, to catch any eggs that hatched during that time. Then the company will spray once every 2 months.
(Edit - the scorpions we're finding are outside in the yard).
They did the first initial spray. And it's been 2 weeks. Every night outside I look with a UV flashlight and typically find one or two scorpions. Originally we were finding on average 2 a night. So it doesn't seem to have gone down much at all.
Is this normal?
