How’s this lil geckos health look? First actual picture I could get of it. He’s eat like 30 crickets in 3 days 😭

Finally got a good pick of my new leopard gecko is he in good condition I unfortunately did get him for petsmart which after joining this community I see many are against that but to late now and I just wanna give him the best lifelong possible. He looked young so I got a 40 gal tank but I do alr have a 67 gal tank but I kinda really wanna buy a 100 gal tank and let him thrive and be wild the wants I don’t mind just looking at him.

The log is somewhat under the substrate. It is also his favorite spot. When daily clean should I remove him and the log or just the log and hope he doesn’t skedaddle while I’m cleaning.

Just got my first leopard gecko and the dry side won’t seem to go above 70 Fahrenheit
