Someone shot my cat with a pellet gun
July 12, 2020 my cat had a circle puncture wound that I took him to the vet for. They cleaned it and gave him antibiotics and it was fine. Yesterday he developed a limp, so I took him in for an xray. They found a pellet in him above his spine right where the circle puncture wound was. Does anyone know if it’s too late to report this? I have a good idea who it was, but no concrete proof.
EDIT: Do I let my cat outside? No. Has my cat ESCAPED in the past? Yes. He travels at the speed of light unfortunately.
Thank you for all the helpful replies.
