First pic is before surgery, second pic is 7 days post rhinoplastiy, Buccal fat removal, submental lipo. The surgeon said he was going to make the tip of my nose less bulbous but 7 days out it lowkey looks even bigger than before. Can I count on swelling to go down and it becomes better or am I cooked?
