Is Michigan for me?

Hello all! I need some help. I just recently found out that i got off the wait list for Performing Arts Technology which i am thrilled about! However i have already committed to Western Michigan University for the same degree. I like both universities equally so i was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out and share their brutally honest experience at Umich (especially within music) to help me decide between the two.

For a bit of insight i am drawn to Western because my best friend is attending and we would be able to room together, the professors seemed to like me and offered me a department scholarship, I do enjoy the more intimate vibes, and their free sporting events lol.

For Michigan i love the campus, i love Ann Arbor, i have a better idea of what classes would be like, i worked really hard to get in, and the opportunities and resources are very abundant. I'm absolutely torn between the two. If you were in my shoes what would you do?

Is Western for me?

Hello all! I need some help. I have committed to WMU for Multimedia Arts Technology which i am very excited about! However i just recently found out that i got off the wait list at the University of Michigan for the same degree. I like both universities equally so i was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out and share their brutally honest experience at Western (especially within music) to help me decide between the two.

For a bit of insight i am drawn to Western because my best friend is attending and we would be able to room together, the professors seemed to like me and offered me a department scholarship, it would most likely be cheaper than Michigan, I enjoy the tighter-knit community, and of course the free sporting events lol.

For Michigan i love the campus, i love Ann Arbor, i have a better idea of what classes would be like, i worked really hard to get in there, and the opportunities and resources are very abundant. I'm absolutely torn between the two. If you were in my shoes what would you do?
