Has anybody in Canada rma'd a gpu recently? What was the time frame like?

Almost 2 months for me and ASrock still havent received my replacement gpu in their Canadian warehouse yet. Why couldnt they just send me a replacment GPU directly to me from their US warehouse like every other company does. They pinching pennies on bulk shipping?

Meanwhile I rma'd a Corsair SF750 psu in my media center rig due to a loud fan. They received it last week and I should have a new unit by early next week by the latest. Less than 3 week turnaround.

Is this always a thing with ASrock? No stock on hand for rma? Am I getting a refurbished unt on a card with less than 3 months use?
